2. Subject
These terms and conditions apply to all photography services offered by Light and Soul Photography.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Booking and deposit
Sessions are confirmed when the appointment is booked, via email or text message.
A deposit may be required if the quote or project differs from my usual services.
The balance/full amount is to be paid by invoice within the specified timeframe (within 14 days of the session).

4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
Prices are net.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or TWINT.
Travel costs:
Travel is included within a 15 km radius of Plan-Baar, 1996 Baar (Nendaz).
Beyond this radius, travel costs are charged at a rate of CHF 1 per additional kilometre travelled (return journey).

5. Cancellation and postponement
By the client: less than 7 days before the session: 50% of the total amount is payable in the event of cancellation or no-show on the day of the session. The session may be rescheduled once in the event of illness or accident.
By the photographer (illness, force majeure): the session will be rescheduled or the deposit refunded in full.
Reasons for postponing the session: the session will go ahead outdoors provided it is not raining. The absence of sunshine is not a valid reason for postponement. The photographer and clients may choose to postpone the session by mutual agreement if they find more suitable conditions.

6. Agenda for the meeting
The location for the session is agreed upon at the time of booking. The photographer may change this a few days beforehand depending on the weather and lighting conditions.
Any delay of more than 10 minutes on the client’s part will result in the session time being shortened.
In the event of a delay on the photographer’s part, the originally scheduled duration will be maintained or rescheduled.

7. Delivery of photos
Retouched photos are delivered within a maximum of four weeks via a download link.
The number of images delivered is specified at the time of booking.
Raw files are never provided.

8. Copyright and use of images
The photographer retains the copyright to his or her images (Art. 9 of the Federal Copyright Act).
The client is granted a licence for the private use of the photographs. Any commercial, public or promotional use must be authorised in writing. In the event of use on social media, the client undertakes to credit the photographer and not to alter the image (colour correction, filters, significant cropping). Any alteration of the images without the photographer’s consent is prohibited.

9. Right to one’s own image
The client retains all rights to their image.
Unless the client objects in writing prior to the session, the photographer may use certain images in their portfolio, exhibitions, website and social media.

10. Resposibility
The photographer shall not be held liable for events beyond their control (weather, access to venues, participants’ behaviour). They will always recommend the best time for outdoor sessions: morning or evening.
In the event of a major technical issue preventing the delivery of the photographs, the photographer’s liability shall be limited to a refund of the fees received.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
